EZ / PMS Integration Gives You
End-to-End Automation

EZ Inspections has set up automation with PMS such as V12, Escapia and Guesty for your back office tasks, including cleaning, inspection and maintenance.

The end-to-end automation process is described below for V12. Process for Escapia and other integrated PMS software is similar.

Automatic Scheduling and Dispatch

At specific times every day, EZ automatically schedules and dispatches cleanings and/or inspections based on V12 arrival and departure times. Maintenance orders created in V11 can also be downloaded.

Jobs Auto Synced to Field Staff's Mobile App

Dispatched jobs are auto synced to field staff's mobile app, with push notification and email alerts. Staff can route the jobs, view housekeeping notes and property photos on the app and fill out a form customized specific for each property.

Maintenance Can Be Auto Created From Cleaning or Inspection

Automated workflows can be set up to create maintenance orders from issue alert from cleaner or inspector's mobile app.

Automatic Upload Clean Status, Photos, Notes and Reports

After jobs are completed in EZ, results such as clean status, maintenance notes, photos and inspection PDF reports are automatically uploaded to V12. Office admins are notified with email or text message about job completion and unit check-in status.
